A September Update

Wow! I can't believe how fast the Summer has flow by! Thanks to all the sunny days, progress continues on the first Fairway Home. All the cabinets have now been ordered and boy...are they pretty! There's definitely something for everyones taste in the kitchen. Brookstone and Woodmode custom cabinetry is being used and the finishes range from a Nutmeg on Maple in the Traditional finish; to a Matte Fireside with a Black Glaze on Cherry in the Luxury upgrade.

Granite countertops are standard in all the kitchens and bathrooms.

Move in Ready by Mid-October!

It has been a while since I last posted photos of the construction to the first Fairway Home - Bentley Ridge. Wow...These are nice! I think a family of four could live quite nicely in one of the upper units. I still marvel at the functionality of the floor plan! Several folks have said to me that they didn't realize that they were literally IN the golf course. Your views in all directions are nothing but acres and acres of groomed grass. The interior is nice and roomy - theres plenty of room for your things without being crowded. And, there is no need to stress if your favorite accent table will fit in the hallway...I am certain it will. The building is under roof, the siding is going up and painting will begin soon. The electricians are busy running their lines inside. Construction is on schedule for a Mid-October ready date.

Family Fitness Center Opens!

Although the pool opened Memorial Day weekend, the Fitness Center celebrated its official opening on July 4th with rave reviews! Here's a few new pictures...with more to come! Good Morning Everyone!

There are SO many exciting things going on at The Club right now. The Family Fitness Center and swimming pool is scheduled to open the end of May....The interior of the Clubhouse and Mulligans Grill is getting a much needed update....The redesign on the Club Homes should released to the public soon...The new driving range should be ready a big hit in June...and last but not least - construction on the first Fairway Home is underway!

I have attached some photos I took yesterday showing the foundation on the lower level. The first photo is a view of the basement/terrace area from the rear elevation. The large openings are where the golf cart garages will be . Inside the small windows is a bathroom. There are four private condos per structure.

Spring has definitely arrived in East Tennessee! The zoysia fairways are turning a healthy shade of green. The Redbud and Dogwood trees are all in bloom. The second photo gives you an idea what the view is like from the back of the home under construction. The entire building overlooks what will be the future #1 green and fairway. Just think...instead of driving your car over to the pro shop to check in, you can just call from you condo and let the pro know you will be taking your cart out of it's garage to start your round on #1. If you are into golf, that HAS to excite you!

FFC Construction Update

It was thrilling to walk through the interior of the Family Fitness Center last week! What a great facility to have right in our back door! There is truly something fun here for everyone! I know a lot of you are curious...so I wanted to share with you what I got to see. Here's a little slide show with descriptions of what you are looking at...since it is mostly steel! Things are moving fast! Since I took these pictures earlier this week, drywall is now up in many of the areas.

The Member Opening is set for May 24th - Memorial Day Weekend - yes the pool will be ready! The Grand Opening will be July 4th Weekend. Mark that weekend on your calendars now. All departments at The Club are making BIG plans - you will not want to miss this!

New design for Cames Way, "Club Homes", coming soon!

Hang on to your hats...The Club Homes are being redesigned!



The newly designed villas are 1 - 3 stories, and will include a garage. Stacked Stone and Hardie Plank will be used on the exterior - and thus, complimenting the other structures in the community. With 3 different floor plans to choose from, this new model will have something to offer to wide group of home buyers!



The size of the units will range from 1200 - 1800 sf. Some villas will offer complete one level living. Others will be 2 story, but with master suites on both levels. The villas that front the golf course will have some additional square footage for storage, a den, or golf cart in the basement.



The details are being worked out and the new renderings should be made public in the next few weeks. I am thrilled to offer this new style of home! Not only is it functional and beautiful, it is also the perfect compliment to the larger Fairway Homes in Bentley Ridge.
